Key Responsibilities

• Managing end to end recruitment - coordination, sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent
• Partnering with managers to identify recruitment needs
• Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and being proactive in managing and communication
• Create, develop and manage sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
• Articulate and present opportunities at ZIM and the candidate value proposition in appropriate talent market
• Assist in preparing various analysis & reporting for management review
• Maintain the employee data are updated and accurate in SAP
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager

Who we are looking for

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2 years of TA or Recruitment experience desired
• Be agile, flexible and quick to change course as needed
• Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
