 Job Requirements & Responsibilities: 

• Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or other disciplines
• Interest in developing career in recruitment industry. Previous experience in recruitment is not a must and Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Manage the process of candidate sourcing, matching, and evaluating, presenting profiles, arranging interviews to all follow-up work with clients and candidates
• Able to build relationship with both clients and candidates so as to deliver outstanding quality services
• Maintain accurate and complete records on all job orders and candidate personal files
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced and result-driven environment
• aggressive, sales-oriented and able to work hard and under pressure
