Job Description

Duties:

  • Provide executive and secretarial support to various project teams, workgroups, committees and meetings, including preparation of agenda, presentation materials, taking of minutes, drafting of papers / reports etc.
  • Provide administrative support in planning, development and project implementation
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, activities and project groups
  • Review and monitor the departmental procedures and workflows from time to time
  • Maintain a good filing system for proper record keeping and retrieval
  • Arrange procurement and supplies of goods or services
  • Assist in the co-ordination and conduct of ad hoc task / project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business or information management from a university degree or equivalent
  • Be proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Result of English: IELTS 7.0 or above
  • Excellent project management skills with good business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
  • Reliable, responsible and mature
  • Relevant working experience in healthcare information system and project management will be an advantage
