Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform a full spectrum of clerical/ administrative duties in a school environment to support effective and efficient operation of the school
- Provide administrative assistance for operations team related matters, e.g. support procurement sourcing, documentation work, inventory record and maintain filing system
- Provide administrative support to school maintenance and repair works arrangements
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department manager
Requirements:
- 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent. Diploma is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in school administration work
- Computer literacy in Google and MS office suites, e.g. Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Responsible and resourceful with a positive working attitude and personality
