Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Compensation & Benefit, payroll administration; MPF administration; taxation; medical benefits administration; performance appraisal, employee relations and etc.
• Responsible for Recruitment & Selection functions.
• Deliver training programs in areas of product knowledge, compliance, customer services, consultative selling, etc.
• Design and implement employer branding programs to promote the awareness of corporate brand and attract talents
• Promote employee relation initiatives and CSR programs
• Provide effective support on HRIS set up & implementation
• Monitoring on overall administration & IT support
• Undertake any ad hoc / special assignments assigned by HRA department head;

 Requirements:

• Degree or above, Human Resource or Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of solid HR experiences, preferably in Retail industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
• Strong experiences in payroll administration
• Experiences in HRIS implementation is an advantage
• Excellent in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
