Scope of Duties: 

• Active participation and contribution to the process re-engineering in the HR Operations team
• Collect user requirements and identify improvement areas under the direction of management in HR
• Liaise with stakeholders like different teams in HR department, line departments, and supporting departments like IT, FIN, Procurement, etc. 
• Responsible for daily, transactional HR operations tasks as assigned
• Maintain a strong communication network with all level staff and management team members
• Coordination of tasks and project activities
• Responsible for regular analysis and reports for management review
• Handle staff requests and enquiries

Requirements: 

• A recognised Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Experience in project coordination
• Strong analytical, reasoning and presentation skills
• Proactive, independent and detail-minded with good communication and organizational skills
• Good teamwork
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive, Operations
