We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our friendly and professional team. The successful candidate should possess passion towards HR and is flexible to work in a dynamic culture. The ideal candidate should be positive and motivated with sound communication and interpersonal skills.  

Scope of Duties: 

• Oversee the performances of the medical service provider and monitor the KPIs
• Manage employee compensation claims in accordance with Employment Ordinance and the Company medical policies & schemes
• Prepare medical claim analysis, reports & perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Oversee and manage employees with attendance issues, including sickness, work injury or temporary inability to performance full scope of work duties
• Coordinate with medical service provider on the rehabilitation plan and medical claims management
• Ensure compliance with health care regulations and safety standards
• Promote health care to employees
• Manage and supervise a team of Medical Attendants

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Insurance/Business Administration/HR or related discipline. Preferred with extensive knowledge in healthcare or medicines
• At least 5 years’ experience in General Insurance with hands-on experience on supervision and management in employee compensation claims, preferably in sizable companies
• Experience in attendance management is an advantage
• General knowledge on Employment Ordinance and best practices
• Flexible, attentive to details, multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
