WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

To support DOR and work closely with RS team to facilitate/ complete end-to-end STAR LOU “(Industrial Recruit)” application process to ensure the application materials are completed and accurate and in timely manner

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate and Support end-to-end STAR LOU application process

• Handle STAR LOU application submitted by DOR or ABDD
• Work with DOR and agency directly to guide agency to provide required documentation and follow-up on incomplete information
• Assess & prepare the business justification and complete the STAR LOU application (including package calculation and Reg Form)
• Recommend prelim offer for DOR and DAR approval and communicate the prelim offer with agency
• Seek DOR approval on the application (Assume DOR approval would replace/ either DOR or ZH will act as ABDD approver)
• Work with Agency Resourcing on approval and follow-up/ handle approver enquiries
• Follow-up and tracking on applicant on-boarding time/ status (e.g. resignation/ IA registration)
• Coordinate with Agency Record on CR contract and on-boarding time
• Update and monitor IR logsheet
• Follow-up on STAR LOU related on-boarding document (e.g. Credit life, signed income proof)
• Work with Agency Resourcing on Signing Fee payment release

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience in financial institution, relevant experience in agency management/ registration / contracting area / recruitment function to agency channel is preferable
• Good analytical skills and attentive to details
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable).
• Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Others:

• You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1 and 3) or any licenses if your job involves regulated activities
