Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration support including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phone calls, handling courier and postal arrangements, etc. and delivering high standard of customer services
  • Greet guests and internal customers, handle enquiries in a courteous and patient manner
  • Organize meeting room booking schedule, refreshment, conference facilities and equipment
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, pantry and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate with external service providers for office facilities maintenance and repairing
  • Assist in other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Outdoor work and office cleaning are required
