You will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end email campaigns, including design, content and asset coordination, quality assurance, scheduling and report generation;
• Building effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement performance;
• Optimising CRM journeys by campaigns and customer segments;
• Supporting CRM daily initiated projects and data-cleansing;
• Managing data, preparing analytics, reports and reviewing related to CRM programmes to obtain customer insights; and
• Performing any ad-hoc or special projects assigned by the Authority.

You should

• Possess a recognised university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Have 2 years of experience in email marketing and preferably with CRM exposure;
• Be proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with basic photoshop skills;
• Be team player with strong time management skills and great attention to detail; and possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
