Job Description
The incumbent will act as the bridge between office and shops to facilitate CRM campaign.
Responsibilities
- Assist in CRM campaign execution and store communications
- Provide administrative support for the team with regards to promotion setting, coupon management, report generation, marketing material distribution etc.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist in ad-hoc requests within the team from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma or above educated
- 1 year of experience in marketing administration/ operation or customer service preferred
- Customer centric, detail-mined with pleasant communication skills
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
