Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing full spectrum secretarial and routine clerical assistance to two General Manager, both personal and business matters
- Maintain and handle the record, agenda, resolutions and prepare documents such as minutes, powerpoint and confidential documents,
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or formal secretarial training
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good coordination, communication and writing skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, English)
- Good computer skills, MS Office and Chinese and English typing
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Positive mindset and mature with high sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Self-motivated, mature, and presentable
- Immediate available is highly preferred
