Job Description
- Prepare and maintain training materials.
- Support general administration training classes.
- Conduct the training sessions to end users.
- Liaise with Project Manager in project delivery, quality assurance, on-going system maintenance and support.
- Perform ad hoc job-related duties as assigned by Project Manager.
- Participate in training environment set up.
- Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys of training session.
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management or related disciplines.
- Good communication skill and proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
