Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, leave & attendance administration and daily HRIS operations
• To ensure the payroll and other payroll-related matters are proceeded with sufficient documentation and in compliance with company policies and Employment Ordinance
• Maintenance of staff personal records system to support the delivery of quality personnel services
• Prepare various routine and ad-hoc HR data and analytics reports for management review
• Provide advice to superiors and answer general staff inquires regarding compensation & benefits
• Complete other assignments allocated by his / her superior

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in compensation and benefits areas, with concentration in payroll administration
• Conversant with the Employment Ordinance
• Detail-minded, Well-organized, Independent and Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
• Proficiency in application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
