Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, leave & attendance administration and daily HRIS operations
- To ensure the payroll and other payroll-related matters are proceeded with sufficient documentation and in compliance with company policies and Employment Ordinance
- Maintenance of staff personal records system to support the delivery of quality personnel services
- Prepare various routine and ad-hoc HR data and analytics reports for management review
- Provide advice to superiors and answer general staff inquires regarding compensation & benefits
- Complete other assignments allocated by his / her superior
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compensation and benefits areas, with concentration in payroll administration
- Conversant with the Employment Ordinance
- Detail-minded, Well-organized, Independent and Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Proficiency in application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
