Project Assistant (Ref. 220902-03)
[Appointment period: twelve months]

Duties

The appointee will assist the Project Team in the research project - “Establish the Research Centre for Green Energy, Transport and Building (RCGETB) in PolyU SPEED”.

The appointee will (a) assist in organising seminars and conferences; (b) prepare publication materials; (c) provide secretarial and administrative support, and (d) perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Applicants should have the following qualifications and qualities: (a) an honours degree; (b) preferably with at least one year of relevant work experience; (c) good project coordination skills and preferably some experience in publishing and editing; (d) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and (e) the ability to work independently and be self-motivated and responsible.

Remuneration

Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
