The incumbent will be involved in recruitment, on boarding, e-performance management, employee engagement and activities.  The ideal candidates should be / possess :

• Degree holders in Human Resources Management or related disciplines preferred with grade C or above in English Language (Syl. B) of HKCEE or A Level Examination
• 8 years’ relevant experience gained at sizable organizations with exposure/experience in e-recruitment and e-performance management would be advantageous 
• sound knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• a team player with strong common sense, positive attitude and excellent integrity
• proactive, organized, responsible, detail-minded and able to deliver timely and quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
• good communication and presentation skills and highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer / Senior Officer.

We offer 5-day work week, 15 days annual leave per year.
