Responsibilities (Admin Role 80%):

• Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including review of policies, guidelines and procedures
• Assist in the formulation of operational initiatives and ensure it is well-implemented among retail stores
• Compile reports and conduct sales analysis
• Liaise with internal departments and front line sales team to ensure smooth daily operation
• Provide administrative support to both front line and back office departments
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and events

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and responsible
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Operations Officer
