Duties:

- Supervise a small team handling quotations and tenders

- Update quotation & Sales orders data into the system.

- Frequently communicate with Customers, Suppliers, Sub-contractors &
   Internal technicians and coordinate work orders well.

- Sourcing the materials and issue P.O. to place an order

- Ensure material supply before construction starts 

- Assist to answering the work of progress to customers 

- Other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned by team Manager

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above

- 2-3 years working experience gained from Minor Works Contractors Company, but it's not essential   

- Good communication skill with all level of peoples

- Good knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Outlook

- Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin

- Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking

- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferably
