Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including payroll, pension, taxation, benefit administration and leave management for business units & regional office
• Assist in annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, benefits review and bonus/ incentive distribution
• Provide support on staff recognition and award programs
• Review and update C&B policies regularly to ensure legal compliance
• Assist in annual budgeting
• Analyze and review staff cost and headcount on monthly basis. To raise flag if out of the budget plan
• Act the primary role of development and maintenance of HRIS (both local and global)
• Work with Global HRIS team (SAP) on system issues
• Improve data accuracy, perform data auditing regularly
• Provide system training to country HR manager / coordinators for any new functions deployment

Who we are looking for

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, preferably with MNC working experience
• Strong analytical and excel skills, sensitive to numbers
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
