Job Description
Our client is a well-known banking and financial company, they are currently seeking for a Banking Operation Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the FFO, as well as to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Handle written public enquiries.
- Assist in arranging the logistics of all FFO's regulatory interface meetings and industry events held internally or externally.
- Assist in promoting the Fintech Facilitation Office (FFO)'s work by providing support to the FFO website.
- Arrange all procurement and related activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above.
- At least one year’s relevant experience preferred.
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with effective command of spoken and written English and Chinese
