WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Establish innovative and resourceful talent acquisition strategies
- Enhance the employer branding by introducing creative initiatives, review recruitment procedures & policy
- Set up talent pipeline for future organization growth
- Track and manage all talent acquisition related data analytics in order to provide insight for effective hiring strategies
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned
YOU NEED TO BE…
- A bachelor degree holder
- 10 years or above experience as an in-house recruiter or recruiter in recruitment agency
- Experience in retail industry will be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
