Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the implementation of Atos global processes in Hong Kong
- Assist to complete internal assessment according to Atos Global requirements
- Coordinate customer and external audits, arrange interview sessions and collect evidence from Atos teams
- Act as primary contact point with customer/auditors during onsite audit fieldworks including visit to Data Centre
- Liaise with teams and track their progress to ensure documents across HK Managed Services teams are up-to-date and meet Quality Plan Framework. This includes process documents, technical/operational procedures, work instructions and new client transition deliverables
- Assist to deploy the document control template in HK and ensure Atos Global requirements on documentations are fulfilled
- Liaise with teams and track their progress on agreed Service Improvement Programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline with one year’s working experience
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
