Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administrate and coordinate activities in project levels
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports and other documents
- Keep track of issues and risks, assist in conflict resolution and make escalations when necessary
- Work collaboratively with different parties to monitor and complete tasks
- Carry other duties as assigned by the supervisors
- At least 5 years’ experience in design, supervision and coordination of relevant construction projects
- Holder of higher diploma or equivalent in the architectural or engineering design or construction related discipline
- Self-motivated good team player coupled with good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
