Job Description:
- Assist team head to manage the full spectrum of administration services including procurement, fixed assets management, insurance, repair and maintenance, cleaning services, security and safety and other routine administration functions as well as service contract negotiation and renewal for operation and warehouse centers at ATL.
- Responsible for administrative functions and processes by ensuring day-to-day operations and procedures are running smoothly and appropriately
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Min 8 years administration management experience
- Experienced in office appliance maintenance, renovation and relocation preferred
- Independent, self motivated, positive mindset and responsible
- Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Immediately available preferred
