Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, development and implementation of the bankwide management training curriculum via classroom workshop, e-learning and other channels based on the identified learning needs
  • Support the implementation of leadership development and talent management initiatives, and provide data analysis in alignment with the leadership development strategies in building the leadership pipeline of the Bank
  • Assist in Corporate’s Culture building project and initiatives
  • Support the implementation of the Bank’s performance management mechanism
  • Regularly enhance and enrich the contents of responsible courses to ensure training effectiveness and the contents are complied with the guidelines / requirements of the Bank and relevant regulations
  • Provide support on course administration and handle ad-hoc training projects / tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
  • With 5 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training, talent management and culture change initiatives
  • Good knowledge of training and development trends and instructional design methodologies, particularly for leadership and management training.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, excellent ability to work under pressure, work independently and meet tight deadlines;
  • Pro-active with strong problem solving ability, excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word processing
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua would be an advantage
