薪金: 每小時70元

職責:

- 為會員提供優質客戶服務

- 解答會員的查詢及處理投訴

- 支援公司客戶管理系統及市場活動

- 處理與會員計劃有關之行政工作

要求:

- 文憑或以上學歷

- 最少一年客戶服務經驗 (奢華及貴賓服務經驗者優先)

- 良好人際關係及以顧客為中心

- 性格外向、主動、獨立及上進

- 良好中英語能力 (包括廣東話及普通話)

- 懂Microsoft Word, Excel 及 Powerpoint

- 能即時上班優先
