Responsibilities:

• Identify the training needs, design and deliver training to retail and office staff through different training strategies & solutions to meet TSL’s objectives and staff development
• Assist in formulating the training strategies, annual training plans and budgets
• Work closely with different business units to design and deliver customer service programme for uplifting the brand service level, and facilitating frontline staff to achieve the sales and service goals
• Review and enhance existing training programmes and develop new materials to meet the ever-changing training needs and requirements
• Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys of training programs/projects
• Participant in ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related discipline
• 4-6 years solid training experience in retail or other service sector, experience in luxury Retail Brand is an advantage
• With hand-on experience in workshop delivery, field coaching or operational experience is a definite advantage
• Have great passion in training and development, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive
• Possess strong facilitation skills with outgoing & persuasive characters
• Creative mindset in program design & delivery
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
• Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
