Our client, a subsidiary of a conglomerate, is looking for a Senior Officer, Total Rewards to join their HR team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Handle remuneration related data across regions and develop/ maintain total rewards programs
• Keep abreast of market trends and propose total remuneration proposals for management level in overseas offices
• Act as coordinator to drive annual exercises and projects
• Prepare regular HR reports in the areas of headcount, staff cost and etc.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders; consolidate data and prepare reports for management review

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with regional exposure
• Strong analytical skills and highly numerical sensitive
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience can be considered as Officer, Total Rewards
