Job Description
Our client, a subsidiary of a conglomerate, is looking for a Senior Officer, Total Rewards to join their HR team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Handle remuneration related data across regions and develop/ maintain total rewards programs
- Keep abreast of market trends and propose total remuneration proposals for management level in overseas offices
- Act as coordinator to drive annual exercises and projects
- Prepare regular HR reports in the areas of headcount, staff cost and etc.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders; consolidate data and prepare reports for management review
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with regional exposure
- Strong analytical skills and highly numerical sensitive
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Less experience can be considered as Officer, Total Rewards
