- Provision of administrative support related to the delivery of project and client engagements: quotation, monitoring and reporting on project progress, preparing project documentation
- Coordination of the project schedule from quotation, production and billing, to ensure accurate invoicing
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Arrange installation or implementation schedule with clients
- Responsible for other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager
- Highly prefer 2-year experience in Project Administration or Project Coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
