Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Hedge fund with 30 staff in Central office
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, apply for working visa, reference check and employee relations
- Handle monthly payroll, final payment, leave calculation, MPF in timely matter
- Monitor and facilitate internal HR Policy and system, maintain necessary documentation for employees
- Work independently with no direct subordinates
- Degree Holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years solid working experience in a full spectrum of Human Resources functions
- Experience in hedge fund or private equity is a plus
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF Schemes Ordinance
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- 5 days work
