- Interpretation and Translation (e.g. documents related to government) from Japanese to Cantonese & English

- Accompany with the owner closely (Meal, Travelling, e.t.c.)

- Attend in company events

- Other duties of supporting owner

- Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments

- Handling business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents

- Car arrangements

- Assisting in other administrative and marketing tasks as needed

- Bachelor Degree in related field

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

【Requirement】

- English & Chinese: Business level

- Jpanese: Conversation level（N2）

- Personality: Works smart and be solid

- Experience of secretary: 3 years or above

- Able to work in holiday (not frequently needed)
