Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Customer Service Manager
- Actively handle both in-bound calls and out-bound calls regarding to customer inquires and product information
- Provide most up-to-date and accurate product information towards customers and patients in need
- Utilize company's CRM systems to record customers' information, understand their needs, and provide regular check-up to make sure patients are in the best care
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Nursing Team to provide the best service & care for our customers.
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service in any industries
- Prior working experience in Healthcare-related business will be advantageous
- Native in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and/or English
