Job Description

Our client, a Japanese Government-related organization is looking for Japanese Speaking Assistant to join their Director General & Business Development Department:

Job duties:
  • Scheduling (Business trip, meeting, meal setting or any related occasions)
  • Arrangement of appointment and setting meeting including online meeting ;attend meeting as interpreters for company (when needed) and take note in meeting
  • making official business letters (especially in English) and translating documents according to chief's needs and researching about related matters
  • Support and arrange for expatriate employees (visa support, ID card registration or open bank account)
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirement:
  • Japanese : Business level / N1 level or above
  • Good command of both written and spoken Japanese and English
  • Cantonese : Native level
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong interest in developing and building a good relationship in economic in business occasion between Japan and Hong Kong
  • Communication Skills (understand and perform faithfully what the chief needs)
  • Effective liaison with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations of the company
  • Sincere and polite personality
  • Be aware and care details
  • Willing to support Japanese companies and Japanese business
