Description

• Build a strong network with candidates and clients
• Source candidates efficiently from various channels such as JobsDB, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback/ advice to job seekers
• Short-list candidates according to clients' needs and criteria
• Manage a smooth recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement
• Develop business and identify opportunities from potential clients
• Provide tailor-made recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms
• Arrange external events to promote business and raise awareness in the market

Profile

• Bachelor degree holder
• Excellent language skills: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive in building relationships with people
• Eager to develop in a sales driven environment
