• Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for Hong Kong and regional markets (Japan, Malaysia and Australia) 
• Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for different levels of hiring, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering to on-boarding
• Shaping recruitment needs for teams and departments as assigned, cooperating with hiring managers to hire best talents

• Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting role, preferably from FinTech industry / Recruitment agency background (regional experience will be a plus)
• Persuasive, good negotiation skill and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a multicultural organization and start-up environment
