Qualification Requirements:

• Level 2/Grade E or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent;
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in logistics/store operation field and procurement field in Government or public organizations;
• Possessing knowledge in application of common business software, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (candidate will be required to attend the Chinese and English word processing speed test and the test on the application of common business software of MS Word 2010 and Excel 2010.
• Relevant working experience in general administration and/or accounting of stores duties is preferred; and
• Possessing good knowledge of the government regulation and procedures on logistics and procurement matters in the Civil Service world be an advantage.

Main Job Responsibility:

• To screen incoming purchase requisitions and process quotation exercises each with a value not exceeding $50000
• To assist in placing orders, verify documents necessary for payment and follow up payment progress;
• To assist in full-scale verification of inventory records for all Institutions/ Divisions/ Sections/ Unit;
• To support data entry of inventory records and assist in the preparation of data conversion of inventory items to the system;
• Any other duties as assigned by seniors.
