Job Responsibilities:

• Drive, manage and setup operations for assigned café outlets
• Develop operations' standards and lead operation team to ensure brands image is adopted
• Increase consistent market awareness, market competitiveness and market share in Shanghai
• Responsible for and drive the café outlets and production operation to achieve company’s target on sales, profit, brand reputation and market shares
• Ensure high employee productivity, cost effective, efficient business process and profitability 
• Responsible for the commercial and operation aspects of the brand to achieve operational effectiveness with short term goals of maximising current growth potential and medium and long term expansion plans
• Responsible for driving and directing strategies and business and operational plans of the brand to achieve Company goals, objective and financial results
• Responsible for leading and directing the team to increase people and business operating process efficiency, to drive and uplift employee skill standards, contribution and productivity levels, to leverage resources across the Group, and to contribute to building a solid organisational platform for the group to anticipate the fast growth and expansion plans
• Responsible for driving and directing the brand to enhance existing businesses, and to identify and develop new businesses to increase business unit sales revenues to accomplishing goals and objectives for the group
• Demonstrate a high standard of business ethics; serve as a role model for employees

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or related discipline
• Min. 15 years of working experience; of which 8 years are in general management capacity at F&B industry; knowledge of hospitality and F&B required
• Must have experience in full Profit & Loss accountability
• Ability to drive profitability and enable growth; a strong track record in meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of various food service styles; ability to understand and meet customer service needs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate all levels and nationalities of people and lead by examples
• Strong business acumen and experience in setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating collaborative leadership; have a natural instinct for business management
• Ability to assess business objectives, diagnose problems and understand high priority business, financial and people issues
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship, people management and decision making abilities
• Ability to command leadership presence and build strong organisational capabilities; and articulate and inspiring communicator who is able to align people in positive direction and lead changes
• Possess an inclusive management style, able to bring people along and forming strong relationships with staff
• Result oriented with strong ability to lead teams to achieve sales results and organisational efficiency
• Trustworthy; possesses strong business ethics and high integrity
