Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of human resources functions such as recruitment, monthly payroll and MPF contribution, annual tax return, leave management, training and development, employee relations activities...
• Participate in compilation of regular HR reports and deliver high quality HR services to different department to support internal needs.
• Prepare HR guidelines and operation manuals / handbook / policy.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management. 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management.
• Min 3 years of HR experience. 
• Experience gained in construction company is preferred.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.
• Good communication and organization skills, attentive to details.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Detail-minded and positive working attitude.
