Our client, a Japanese Cake Chain Store, is seeking for a HR professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, payroll & MPF, compensation and benefits, attendance record management, employee relations and daily activities
• Support hiring projects for shop staff (full-time & part-time)
• Handle administration function and assist in daily operations, data input & filing, etc
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 3 years or above experience in HR.  Solid experience in recruiting shop staff is preferred
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation is advantageous
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent, pleasant and mature
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).  Japanese skill is an advantage
