Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  1. Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including employee relation, performance review, compensation & benefits, and day-to-day company operation
  2. Review and implement existing HR policies and procedures as well as ensure compliance with ethical, legal, government and other related regulations
  3. Cooperate with Headquarter for annual HR projects, i.e. internal training, performance appraisal, review of salary and bonus payment
  4. Ensure competitive compensation by benchmarking to recent market data, trends and practices
  5. Maintain good working atmosphere of the organization
  6. Manage and organize welfare activities and company events
  7. Identify and recommend solutions to top management and drives overall HR performance
  8. Manage the administration department
  9. Manage day-to-day company operation including reimbursement, travel, security & safety, insurance, maintenance of office equipment, telecommunications and office supplies
  10. Assist in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the senior management

 Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  2. Minimum 5 years solid working experience in HR and Administration field gained in sizable group companies. Experience in property development field and listed company will be preferred
  3. Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
  5. Chinese typing is a must
  6. PRC experience is an advantage
  7. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  8. Proven leadership and management ability even under pressure
  9. Self-motivated, dependable and organized with attention to details and problem solving
  10. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager
  11. Immediate available is preferred
