Duties

• Support marketing activities for customer care and customer acquisition
• Arrange terminal tours by coordination with different parties
• Maintain all kinds of marketing database relating to marketing communications aspect
• Support & collect marketing research and news clipping, market intelligence and analysis on air cargo industry, airlines developments, competitors
• Support & prepare external communications / promotions / publicity materials via press release, photos / videos, newsletter, notices, websites, mobile apps, etc.
• Support & organize customer events including international conferences
• Other job duties assigned

 Requirements

• Degree holder with around 1 year’s relevant experience; or Diploma holder with 3 years’ or above relevant experience
• Potential candidate of less experience may also be considered
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and mandarin speaking is preferable
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good business sense
• Good planning & organization abilities, and good project management skills
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to task and time
• Proactive and be able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation (such as MS Office applications: word, excel, power point, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop)
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for Marketing Officer
