• We develop and sell biometrics identification solutions in HK and Macau
• We distribute and install the hardware of biometrics systems in HK and Macau
• We are looking for  HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN ASST  - with details as follows :

• Work in HR & Admin team of 4 members
• Report to HR & Admin Manager
• Assist in general HR role such as salary calculation, staff attendance, staff data records & etc;
• Check and process payments for staff claims;
• Perform full scope of Administrative duties
• Back up Receptionist duties when required
• Responsible to provide administrative works, office maintenance, stationery/office supplies orderings, fixed assets registers and etc;
• General office work such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc;
• Form 5 or above
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in HR & Administration areas;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing and Excel skills 
• Self-motivated, well organized, detailed minded, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Annual leave : 10 days
