KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in inventory stock taking and inventory accuracy checks
• Provide clerical supports and general administration duties for the team
• Coordinate and communicate with supplier/customer/forwarder for shipment receiving arrangement
• Maintain and update accurate shipping information in system
• Support in prepare weekly report to management
• Support and assist in ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: F.5 above/ Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of retail industry is preferable
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office application, such as Excel (Privot Table and Vlookup), Word, etc & Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently, well-organized and detail-minded
• Possess positive attitude to change, hardworking and willing to learn
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working location: Tsing Yi
