Job Description
This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth all-round HR functions and assist in implement HR policies and procedures.

- Assist in recruitment cycle including job postings, interview scheduling, reference check and on/off-boarding logistics.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration such as insurance enrolments and terminations, MPF enrolments, birthday voucher distribution.
- Maintain accurate employee data, leave and attendance records in HRIS, update employee movement log sheet and keep proper filing of records and documentation in good order and timely manner
- Perform administrative work and clerical duties, e.g. updating orientation materials, organization charts, information at HR shared drives and arranging courier delivery.
- Prepare monthly HR reporting and compile information/ data for HR initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating and providing logistics and on-site support in internal training activities and projects, and Management Trainee program.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines, with 2 - 3 years of HR experience in multinational company environment
- Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances/ regulations, and HR practices
- Honest, responsible, organized, independent with a pleasant character
- Good analytic and problem solving skill; sensitive to numbers
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and deliver work on time and accurately
- Immediate available is an advantage
