Job Description:

• Developing, implementing and managing the recruitment process, talent management, and HR policy strategies for the organization, including: recruiting and retention, training coordination, payroll, C&B and employee relations;
• Responsible formonthly payroll, working visa applications & renewal
• Maintain the database of HR system
• Handle internal / external correspondences for Human Resources Department
• To perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least of 5 years’ experience in all round human resources or related experience
• Preferably related experiences Chinese based financial industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Independent, initiative, excellent communication skill & strong sense of responsibility
• Candidates with more experience may be considered to be Assistant HR Manager
