Job Description

A well-established fintech company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join its dynamic team

Key responsibilities:

  • In charge of large-scale payroll function for APAC region including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand
  • Monitor day-to-day payroll operations process and ensure accurate and timely deliverable.
  • Process payroll by preparing payroll instructions/changes and provide to the payroll vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with multiple business partners 
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests     
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of regular periodic reports.
Requirement:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-task and Independent
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A good team player with strong communication skill
  • Effective English oral and written communications skills. Mandarin is a plus.
