RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide securities quotations and execute orders under clients’ instructions;
• Confirm trade details with sales, customers, and counterparties;
• Assist in account-opening procedures;
• Provide customer services and related tasks support to house clients;
• Answer customer inquiries and provide quality services
• Monitor and ensure the client’s portfolio is complied with the credit controls, internal policies, and guidelines
• Facilitate daily dealing administrations and prepare related documents;
• Provide other administrative support for the department;
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor

• Degree or above in business or related discipline
• 1-year relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge of investment products, including bullion & foreign exchange contracts is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proactive and patient, customer service oriented
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
