Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operations, valuation & accounting works for funds and SMAs
- Perform cash management & settlement, and prepare return analysis & investment reports
- Liaise with custodians and brokers independently
- Prepare and maintain accounts and records of investment projects
- Provide support for valuation and any ad-hoc matters
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, annual reports and tax filing for funds and management company
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance in tax, accounting and financial matters
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Commerce or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fund accounts operations and client reporting
- Experience and knowledge of offshore fund setup and regulatory requirements and reporting
- Ability to coordinate with various fund service providers independently
- Experienced in performing AML, KYC and operational due diligence
- Strong initiative and a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
