Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify target accounts through analysis and critical thinking. Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails and/or in-person meetings. Drive revenue and market share with varied customer types
- Own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around NVT Otus platform and other NVT products and services
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Participate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of NVT
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes as they relate to your territory
Qualifications:
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role with financial services or crypto firms
- Undergraduate Degree (Essential), Postgraduate, MSc / MFE etc (Desirable)
- Interest in financial services or crypto (Essential) and passion for crypto markets/blockchain (Ideal)
- Existing network with crypto firms and institutions (Ideal)
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Essential), fluent in other languages (Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Essential)
- Experience in creating marketing materials such as pitch books for client presentations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a result-oriented environment
- Must be a disciplined self-starter with a significant degree of analytical rigor and attention to detail
