Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement duties for Fund, OTC & Derivative Products & Overseas markets
• Handle corporate action issues
• Communicate with internal parties & counterparties to solve settlement problems
• Handle general enquires and requests from Sales Department
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Operations Department
• Participate in system developments projects
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements 

• University Degree or above in Finance, Economics or a business related discipline
• 3 years relevant working experience with hands-on experience dealing in settlement
• Familiar with Euroclear settlement, experience in HK IPO and Placement is preferable 
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to learn, detail-minded and organized
• Efficient and is able to work under pressure independently
• Good communication skill with English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as "Senior Associate"
